Twollow.com – Don't do it!
I don’t know if this latest app it worth my time. I traditionally rank twitter users by the ratio of FOLLOWING to FOLLOWERS. I am suspicious of anyone following 4x as many people as follow them. Twitter’s handy search function is a good enough tool to find anyone using keywords.
